The clear rules of working together — eligibility, estimates, payments, schedules, warranties, and responsibilities. No fine-print fog.
By accessing this website or requesting any of our home improvement, maintenance, renovation, or repair services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable United States law. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
We provide residential and commercial home improvement services including, but not limited to, remodeling, renovations, painting, flooring, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, landscaping, cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and related services. All services are performed according to the written proposal or service agreement approved by the customer.
Estimates, quotations, and consultations are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or customer inquiry. Final pricing may change if unforeseen site conditions, additional work, material price fluctuations, code requirements, or customer-requested modifications arise during the project.
Customers agree to provide accurate contact information, grant reasonable access to the property during scheduled work hours, remove valuables or fragile items from work areas, secure pets, and disclose any known safety concerns or hazardous conditions before work begins.
Where required by local building regulations, permits and inspections may be necessary before or during project completion. Permit responsibilities will be determined in the project agreement unless otherwise specified in writing.
Project schedules are estimated and may change due to weather conditions, material availability, supplier delays, labor shortages, emergencies, government restrictions, inspections, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes promptly.
Payment schedules, deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are outlined within each individual project agreement. Payments not received by the agreed due date may be subject to applicable late fees, interest charges, suspension of work, or collection procedures permitted by law.
Any modifications to the agreed project scope, materials, design, labor requirements, or completion schedule must be approved in writing before additional work begins. Approved change orders may result in additional charges and revised project timelines.
Material selections are subject to manufacturer availability. If specified products become unavailable, we may recommend comparable alternatives after discussing available options with the customer whenever reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and uninterrupted access to the work site throughout the duration of the project. Delays caused by restricted access, unavailable utilities, locked premises, or unsafe working conditions may result in additional scheduling adjustments or service charges.
For safety reasons, customers should keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas. We reserve the right to suspend work if unsafe conditions exist that may endanger workers, customers, or property.
Workmanship warranties, where offered, apply only to services specifically identified within the project agreement. Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, customer misuse, neglect, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, improper maintenance, and issues resulting from work performed by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or economic damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or property value.
We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, floods, fires, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier shortages, utility failures, governmental actions, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.

Customers may also terminate services according to the cancellation provisions contained in their written agreement.
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses, or legal costs arising from misuse of our services, customer-provided information, property conditions beyond our control, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
